The ying yang is the Chinese symbol for harmony and balance. “I am to have a dark side if I am to be whole.” (Carl Jung) There is white and black, day and night, air and earth. In each though, there is an element of the other. White can gradient to black. The moon brightens the night. Air in something solid grows beauty. My request for you is to find the moon in whatever darkness you encounter, and know darkness in your light makes you whole. You’re the light in many people’s yangs.

What goes up must go down and as such with the human spirit but we endure and we are human because of it. I’m glad to hear you take care of yourself dovey. You are great for doing that. Utterly amazing. Accept the downs with the ups. It’s a fact of life, but you’re strong.
